Contact Water Damage Restoration Philadelphia
Water damage is a phone-call problem. Here is the line.
Dispatch line
7:00 AM – 10:00 PM ET, 7 days a week
+1 (223) 226-6001Calls answered 7am–10pm ET daily. Overnight emergencies are called back first thing in the morning.
What to have ready when you call
You don't need a script — but these four answers get the right truck rolling fastest:
- Where is the water? Basement, kitchen ceiling, bathroom wall — the room and the floor.
- How deep and how far? An inch across the cellar reads differently than a damp carpet corner.
- What's the source? Burst pipe, floor drain, appliance, storm — or "I don't know yet," which is a fine answer.
- What kind of building? Rowhome, twin, condo unit, detached — it changes the equipment list.
If you can safely do one thing first
Shut off the water source if you know where it is — the fixture valve or the main shutoff (usually near the water meter where the line enters the house). If the water is near electrical outlets or the panel, stay out of it and wait for the crew.
Non-emergency questions
Insurance process questions, service-area confirmation, or scheduling a non-urgent assessment — the same line handles them during 7:00 am – 10:00 pm et, 7 days a week.
